A New Roost!

When I took off on my journey I did not know how long or exciting it would be. I traveled to many places looking for a spot for my new nest. None of them seemed just right. Then on sunny morning I ended up in a friendly looking place. There were sounds of laughter, and the smell of fresh baked goods filled the air. I could not really see what was going on. Just the bare feet of some little people running about mumbling about pie and ale. As long as none of them eye me for the stew pot I will be happy here. I will definitely investigate and let you know more when I can.

I miss you all and hope that I will see some of you again soon!

Just a Little Peep.

I just wanted to poke my head out for a moment and let everyone know how I am doing. First I just want to thank you all for the emails, notes, kind thoughts, and words of encouragement. It has been a tough week for me. I knew it was coming but no matter how much you try to prepare for something like this it is never quite adequate. I have been laying low for a few days trying to figure out my game plan. I got an email from Miss Akemi letting me know it would be great if I could just post a little to keep you all updated and I do agree that it is a good idea!
Secondly, I did not know how much work being unemployed would be LOL! I am actually kidding. But, I have been busy interviewing at several different companies. I am trying to stay in the industry and chances are good that in order to do that it will require a relocation. While I do not have anything definite at this time I will be sure to keep you updated with any new news.
So a BIG thank you once again. I have had my faith in the industry shaken this week. Thanks to all of you for reminding me once again why I love it so much and why I would not change a thing. As my hubby always says everything happens for a reason!
